Now we can see the strange instrument section, why? because the Plattabass is a DIY bass guitar with a built-in turntable. The Mobius is trying to create a prototype of it.
The Plattabass will feature (if it can be build, I hope so) Fender P bass neck, 2 Basslines 1/4 pound pickups, Fender flat-wound strings, 2 assignable cross faders (extreme pitch control and thumb worn magnet), 3 control knobs, 2 TRS stereo outputs, Technics 1200 (motor, plater and controls), custom metal bridge, built-in phono preamp (maybe Rane TTM-56).
This can be a great instrument, so I hope The Mobius get to build the Plattabass and see him playing that.

John 5 (ex-Marilyn Manson and current Meat Loaf and Rob Zombie guitar player), teamed up with Fender to build a signature guitar based on the Telecaster Deluxe, the Fender J5 Triple Tele Deluxe, although the only thing that remains from this model is the body design.
The J5 Triple Tele Deluxe features alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, American vintage synchronized tremolo, 3 Enforcer “Wide Range” humbucker pickups, 3–way pickup switch and 1 volume and 1 tone control.
The J5 Triple Tele Deluxe’s design is very cool (the chrome brass pickguard gives the guitar a very good looking) and its recommended price is near $850.

There are a lot of MP3 players available in stores and it’s not our job to review them, but this one, the Tascam MP-GT1 is some kind of different MP3 player, this one features a guitar trainer. If you always wanted to play along your favorite albums but with rhythm and vocals only, now you can.
The Tascam MP-GT1 features 1GB capacity (nowhere says if it’s a HD or flash memory) and many tools for “teaching” guitar players. This tools include variable speed audition (to slow down or play faster the songs without changing the pitch), pitch control (to adjust the song to your tuning), looping difficult parts (yes, that part of the solo is hard), guitar cancelling (to play without the original guitar track), built-in multi-effects (like overdrive, distortion, delay, flange and reverb), built-in tuner, oscillator and metronome, 1/4″ guitar input and 1/8” headphone output, rechargeable battery (up to 9 hours working), LCD display and USB port.
The Tascam MP-GT1 is now available in stores and its price is $199. A very useful tool for practicing with your favorite bands.
